Wear to Work Inspiration: Leopard Print

leopard print skirt and bright bag

Yes, I know I’ve been wearing leopard print way too much lately but I’m obsessed! I got this skirt from J. Crew on sale and it’s really cute for work! I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it with pops of neon but I really like the vibrancy!

Not gonna lie, when I was outside taking photos of outfits this past weekend, it was hot as blazes and by the time we were done I literally had to go home and shower. Its been 100 degrees every single day for the last two weeks here in Dallas. So I’m ready for fall to come so I can wear this skirt and a million other leopard print things I’ve snuck into house that David doesn’t know about (kidding, sort of).

You can find the my leopard skirt here and it’s on sale right now! Gotta love that!

Do you ever wake up in the morning for work, walk over to your closet, and loudly proclaim that you have nothing to wear? Yep, me too. Almost every single day. But I’ve been browsing around Amazon for cute wear-to-work outfits that are perfect for the summer and I have to share some of my favorites!

I’m honestly loving pastel colors for summer but every single thing here comes in at least 5 other colors! The high-waisted pants are my absolute favorites right now! I’ve linked everything below!

Designer Summer Bag Dupes

designer wicker bag dupes

Hey everyone! There’s nothing I love more than a designer dupe on a budget and I wanted to share some of my favorites with you! Recently, I’ve been seeing quite a few wicker and bamboo handbags getting some time in the spotlight. Most of the bags I saw were kind of pricey for a “trendy” item and I just wasn’t going to take the plunge on those. Instead, I searched high and low for more inexpensive options and ended up finding some great bags on a budget! (affiliate links below!)

I’m definitely putting that bamboo ark bag on my wishlist for the summer! I’ve seen it for the past 2 years and I don’t think its going out of style anytime soon (at least I hope not!) Let me know what your favorite bag is with a comment below!

Outfits on Repeat: What I’ve Been Wearing Lately

March has gone by really fast! I’m still waiting a few more days to switch my winter wardrobe over to my spring/summer wardrobe but I did manage to dig a few things out! Namely these hot pink J Crew shorts I’ve been wearing for years! But I also added a few new items to my spring closet!

So I got this super cute cold shoulder sweater c/o the Shop Rosie Grace Boutique! It runs pretty large so I sized down to a small and added a braided belt to show off my waist! I absolutely love how comfy it is! It’s perfect for days when you feel a little bloated (water weight anyone?!) but still want to look cute! Definitely check out the boutique, its all really reasonably priced!

I also bought this short sleeved romper (affiliate link) on Amazon for $19!!! It comes in multiple colors and it so comfortable to wear! I’ve been having a lot of luck on Amazon with clothes lately. Normally, I hate ordering clothes online because half the time it doesn’t fit or look right but Amazon has been on point lately! Definitely check out this post I wrote on affordable swimsuits from there!!

Affordable Spring Styles from Universal Thread

Oh you guys it’s almost spring! I’m literally counting down the days until spring is officially here. Luckily, in Texas it usually comes early. I’ve been making a spring style wish list to share with you and surprise, surprise- it consists of all things Target. Specifically, their line called Universal Thread. It’s a great dupe for Madewell fans on a budget! My friend Erica is a huge Madewell fan and when she found this line, she was in love and so was I!

Woven Slides |  Wenda Cut Out Booties | Clara Espadrilles Flat Mules | Jenny Slide Sandals | Caroline Espadrille Wedge | Edwina Boots | Denim Off the Shoulder Top | Long Sleeve Top | Tee Shirt Dress | Denim Jacket | Pink Cuffed Shorts | Rose Pants | Drop Earrings

There are a ton of really cute spring shoe dupes for ShopBop styles! A lot of bloggers have been talking about the annual ShopBop sale but I just can’t get behind it. 25% off when you spend $800 or more is just not a sale to me. #SorryNotSorry.

I’ll probably be buying one or two things every few weeks to keep my shopping to a minimum and my bank account happy. Comment with your favorite spring styles!
