Have you ever started to write something and had no idea what to say? That’s the feeling I have right now. Writer’s block maybe? I couldn’t tell you if it were. I’ve felt a little off-kilter so to speak the last few days. Like many soon-to-be graduates, I have a lot riding on the next few weeks. I can’t tell you where I’m going to move after December when I finish my last class. Lord only knows who I’ll be working for. It all becomes so real when the future is suddenly at your door knocking.
To create a sense of tranquility and routine in my life, I’m compiling a list of little things that I (and you) can do. I find that I feel my best with a schedule and know what to expect on a daily basis even if the future is a little unstable. Just like our bodies have a schedule of when to eat and sleep, our minds NEED a schedule of wait to expect throughout the day. Enjoy my little list!
The end of college can be a trying time. I think what will surprise you, is how much you will miss it. It’s funny, because all the weight and anxiety of it is over, but it feels like you’re missing something. I think you’re on the right track, keeping yourself scheduled and centered. That way you can relax in these last weeks, as your academic adventures come to an end, and life’s other adventures lie ahead of you. Best of luck!

Hang in there! When it’s all over you will feel so great and accomplished! When I’m in a grumpy mood or just need to feel put together I simply take a long hot shower. I swear sometimes I come out a new woman. haha

Just write about what’s preoccupying you, in a good way. Lifestyle is also school and mid-terms, small tensions and apprehensions, not just pretty things that can be more entertaining but not always in our mind.
I, for one would love to read one of your experiences at school, how you felt in this or that class, what you found intriguing on Friday’s roll… I’m sure we’d be all tickled pink to read what’s in your hat… xxoxox
